!Ask the Tile Doctor your tile and grout cleaning and sealing questions

*Cillit Bang on Slate*

Asked by James Harding from High Wycombe:	Hello, We have slate tiles in our bathroom which got coated in limescale. I've tried cleaning them with Cillit Bang which made things worse. Can you help? Many thanks, James.

TileProf says:	Cillit Bang is Acidic so it will have damged the sealer on your slate, but I doubt it would damage the Slate itself as it is not Acid sensitve.
