*Cracked grout on heated floor*

Asked by Kim Neale from UK:	Hi, I have ceramic bathroom floor tiles laid over electric mat underheating and it was grouted with dark brown non-flexible grout. The grout has now cracked and broken away in the centre of the room, where most of the traffic is, around 7-8 tiles. Is there a product I can use to help remove the older grout and redo or is there another solution, as the regrout will have to be over all tiles due to colour difference? Help

TileProf says:	Best thing to do is to rake out the Grout with a Grout Rake, it shouldn't be to difficult if it has already started to crack, you can get Grout rakes from any decent Tile Shop or even B&Q.
