dried grout on riven slate
Asked by doug keil from southend-on-sea:
how do I get rid of the grout traped in the layers on the tile surface now i've cleaned as well as I can
gpslancaster says:
If you used a straight forward grout, then you can use neat Grout Clean Up, wire brushed into the crevices (test a small area first) and then scrub with a hand brush, rinse with water and then rinse again just to be sure all of the Acid is removed, then once fully dry you can seal with 4 coats of Seal and Go.

If however you have used a Fleaxible grout, you will have to use a Polymer reducer called Remove and Go, pour this on where required then leave for an hour, then scrub and rinse with water, from here you can proceed with the Grout clean Up and the rest of the cleaning regime to get a good result.
