can not get the grout of the slate tiles

had a tiler round to tile bathroom floor and he did not seal the slate tiles before grouting them and now after using grout removeing chemicals we still can not get the grout of it looks such a mess. |

It would of been useful to know what process or chemicals you have used, but it may be time to call out the Pros if you cant get a result, we have Tile Doctors all over so let us know if you need one and I will put you in touch, may need abit more info though, i.e Size of Area, what sealer was used etc.
