Asked by Jemima Ingarfield from Wonersh Village, Surrey:	Hi there, I own a little 2-bed, Grade 2 Listed, 15th Century cottage which has a terracotta tiled, kitchen floor (approx W285cm x L430cm) which I don't think, has ever had a professional clean. The tiles have black specs of dirt in them and the grout is very dirty looking. Having found your website, can you tell me if you actually offer an advice AND cleaning service or do you just sell cleaning products for these matters? Many thanks Miss J Ingarfield
