Asked by john from glasgow:	after tiles ware laid a protective adhesive cover was put over tiles ,after it was removed it left the tiles steaky.can you help?

TileProf says:	Hi John, If it was a Porcealin Tiles, then this would have been a Wax coating which is put on them at the factory to stop them scatching in transport,as such this can be reomved witha product we sell called pro-clean, mixed 1 to 10 with warm water, brused in and use a wet vac to suck it all up with, rinse again with water and vac again just to be sure its all out.
